Create an appointment schedule in Google Calendar

Set up your appointments:

  1. On a computer, open Google Calendar
  2. At the top left, click Create
  3. Select Appointment schedule
  4. On the left, in the "Bookable appointment schedule" panel, set up your appointment settings. 
    1. Add a title 
    2. Choose your appointment duration 
    3. Set when you're regularly available for appointments. 
    4. scheduling window - for example, 10 days in advance to 4 hours before.
    5. Adjusted availability 
    6. Booked appointment settings 
    7. Calendars(This helps avoid scheduling conflicts) 
    8. add Co-host
  5. Click next:
Set up your booking page

After finishing your appointment details and clicking next you will be brought to your booking page settings. 

  1. You will see how your identity is displayed on the booking page profile picture and name. 
  2. Select location and conferencing 
  3. Add a note that explains your service. 
  4. Booking form: Customize the form people use to book an appointment
  5. Booking Confirmations and reminders 
  6. Click Save
