Quick tips on Troubleshooting most common issues.

Power Issues:
If there doesn't seem to be any life to the display
1) Check if the power cord is unplugged.
From the bottom left of the display edge, there is a hard toggle power switch.
Flip the button to see if it powers on.
Then flip back to the original position.
If the display still does not power on and come to the Display GUI fill out an FMX ticket.

Second If you see a message with no input source. Make sure that your device is plugged in and that you select the correct input source from the GUI.
Touch issues:
If the Touch screen does not work from your device put does on the main screen please make sure the USB cable is plugged into your Device.
Chromebox, Chromebook, Windows Laptop, etc.
Also, check to make sure there is nothing stuck on any side of the display edges like sticky notes or papers that may interfere with the touch capabilities.
